I had my first Thanksgiving dinner last Thursday in San Fransisco. It was pretty awesome. apart from the fact that i got Food Poisoning from the Turkey (which apparently was uncooked...) (that and the copious amount of red wine didn't help, haha!)

Thanksgiving Food poisoning on Thursday in San Fransisco + 8 hour car ride back to LA whilst still very food poisony the next day= not a very happy Richard..

The Cow Killing fields. On the way to San Fransisco from LA we past a huge area where thousands and thousands of cows were.. well. just waiting for the slaughter house. It was kinda sad, and very very very smelly :(

On a happier note, i found my Yellow brother from another mother! He just farted, it wasn't nice. so i wrinkled my face in disgust.

Crazy huh? I took this outside my great Uncles house in OC, near the forest fires that ravaged south CA over the weekend. You could feel the heat, it was really hot and dry! and it was raining Ash for two days!

On a brighter note, i've been shopping lots (poor wallet, and poor exchange rate, $1 nzd = .53 us cents *cries*) and hanging out with family lots :)

Get the Lead out show!

Hello all!

Just a quick note to let you know of a show i'm in which is gonna happen in the next few days, its called "Get the Lead out", curated by my wonderful friend Ally :)

It's at the Black Maria Gallery in LA, opens this Saturday (2/8/08) and the preview pics look AWESOME! (can i haz Jeremiah Ketner?) I have 4 peices, 2 crappy drawings and 2 crappy doodles (which.. me being me forgot to take photos of!)
